2     Job Description

In collaboration with the logistics associate, the logistics assistant will be in charge of the following tasks:

• Plan the flow of goods (supplier, internal, clients)
• Oversee order preparations, manage and monitor shipments
• Editing case labels for the warehouse (dispatch of customer orders)
• Prepare input / output / preparation notices for the warehouse
• Request quotations from transporters and arrange shipping
• Edit transportation documents
• Order preparations at the office
• Receipt and verification of parcels at the office

3      Job Requirements

• Logistics Advanced Technician’s Certificate or Technology Degree
• First experience in similar positions required, in the wine industry would be a plus (merchant, châteaux, warehouse)
• International trade rules knowledge
• Office knowledge (Excel, a good level is essential)
• Professional English
• Driving licence required (regular trips to the warehouse and properties)
• Motivation to work in a start-up
• Management and prioritisation
• Rigorous, independent, pro-active and versatile

4      Job Specifications

• Office in the centre of Bordeaux (place des Quinconces)
• Type of contract: permanent contract

• Start: October 2021
• Advantage: Lunch voucher
