What to drink with grilled prime rib?

For the main course, there's nothing like a juicy, flavoursome grilled rib of beef with rosemary new potatoes. Château Picque Caillou 2016 is a Bordeaux red wine with aromas of ripe red fruit, blackcurrant and black cherry, as well as spicy notes. Its tannic structure and aromatic complexity make it the perfect accompaniment to the flavours of barbecued prime rib.

What to drink with herb-flavoured lamb kebabs?

If you're not a fan of beef, you can continue your feast with lamb kebabs marinated in herbs (thyme, rosemary, mint), a real treat. The Sarget de Gruaud Larose 2018, with its aromas of black fruit, liquorice and lightly woody notes, will bring extra depth to the lamb. The supple tannins and long finish of this Bordeaux wine make it a perfect match.

What should you drink with a cheese platter?

For the cheese, offer your guests a varied platter with mature Comté, Brie de Meaux and fresh goat's cheese, for example.
