The history of Domaine Amiot dates back to 1920. Arsène and Flavie Amiot establishes a true wine vocation in the family which has been passed down to the 4th generation! It was from 1985 that Guy Amiot breathed new life into the estate and thus allowed the family tradition to continue. Thanks to the maintenance of the activity by the children of the family who succeed one another in the management of the domain, the vines remain in family property, thus guaranteeing a traditional viticulture and free from any speculative logic. Most planted from the 1920s to 1930s, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines naturally produce at modest yields. The care taken in the vines, from pruning to harvest, helps to express all the flavor of the terroir of each plot.
