Hubert Lamy created a 8 hectare wine estate with his own name after working with his father for several years. A new phase started in 1990's with several changes: purchase of new plots, new plantations on virgin plants and replacing of Pinot Noir vine plants by Chardonnay ones. From 1995 Olivier son of Hubert Lamy joined the wine estate and brought a fresh air and new ideas respecting his father traditions in the same time. Together they managed to offer an amazing alternative to Chassagnes and Meursaults wines. After renovating technical installations in 2003 white wine and red wine are matured in two separate locations to improve fermentation. Today the Hubert Lamy wine estate is present in 33 countries.
