The meticulous and elegant Henir Boillot owns the Domain founded by his grand-father. He represents the 5th winemaker generation in Côte d'Or and one of the specialist of Puligny-Montrachet, the white wines soul in Côte d'Or. In 2006 his son Guillaume joined him after graduating in winemaking. The estate is located in Meursault joigned with the trade activity. Today the Domaine Henri Boillot is made of 19 hectares split between the white (mainly 1er Crus in Meursualt and Puligny where he owns the only 4 hectares of Clos de la Mouchère) and the red (numerous 1er Crus in Savigny, Beaune and Volnay). Recognized as talented wine maker, the Boillot family has bring its Clos de la Mouchère monopole as a tesimony of its excellence and a Burgundy reference. Wines are very much recognized for their richness, their purity and force.
