In the heart of the Domaine des Lambrays is locates the famous Clos des Lambrays, one of the most precious climat from Burgundy. The estate is based on 2 parcels of Morey-Saint-Denis Premier Cru and four parcels of Morey-Saint-Denis village, with 100% of Pinot Noir as wine variety. It owns also some Chardonnay parcels of Premier Cru in Puligny-Montrachet. The Clos des Lambrays is quoted for the first time in 14thcentury. Abbaye de Citeaux archives prove its existence from 1365 under the name of Cloux des Lambrays. After the French Revolution, the Clos is then fragmented. From 19thto 20thcentury, the owners have tried their best to rebuild the entire famous Clos. It has been recognized as Grand Cru by the INAO in 1981.  Purchased by LVMH group in April 2014, the Domaine des Lambrays produces exceptional wines that are valued in the entire world. It is a real jewel that deserves to get its place in U’Wine’s 1% list.
