Seven generations have led the Michel Bouzereau estate, from Michel to Jean-Baptiste today. Located near the greatest estates like Caillot or Albert Grivaut, they own plots of white wine in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet so as red wines plots in Volnay and Beaune. The 10,5 hectares are managed by Jean-Baptiste who has been educated by his father for 10 years.  The 10,5 hectares of vineyard are cultivated in a high respect of the nature: natural products as much as possible, soils soft culture, short cutting and strong disbudding, fully manual harvest. A very precision work and a great care of each step bring to the white and red wines beautiful and elegant notes.
