What it costs
Your wines, and almost nothing else.
No minimum, no annual management fees, no entry fees.
Incl. VAT per bottle per year, storage and insurance included. That is €0.0925 excl. VAT per month.
Of the resale price excl. VAT, only if you resell on the marketplace.
Per month, recommended to smooth the vintage effect. It is only advice.
On delivery: VAT, if not yet paid, and shipping costs, calculated automatically. Price for individuals and professionals.
Security & AMF
Your wines remain your property.
U'Wine - Cave CONSO information document, registered with the AMF on 16 July 2023. Cave Liberté is its trade name.
The stock remains the exclusive property of each client and is audited monthly.
Dartess, a Bordeaux warehouse keeper selected by U'Wine. Storage contract in your name, optimal conditions (humidity, temperature).
The information document, with its risk factors and performance scenarios, is available free of charge from U'Wine.
The main risks
Climate risk; risk related to wine selection and purchasing decisions; vintage risk; risk related to wines bought en primeur and in allocation; counterparty risk towards estates and merchants; risk related to the deferred transfer of ownership of wines bought en primeur and in allocation; risk of deterioration in the quality and value of the wines; risk of capital loss on resale; illiquidity risk; insurance risk; VAT risk; tax risk.
The performance scenarios are set out in the information document. We invite you to consult your usual adviser, in particular legal, tax or financial, to check that the offer suits your situation and objectives.
Resale on the U'Wine marketplace is possible under certain conditions, through the divestment management tool, and only for wines stored at Dartess.
VAT and delivery
Wines are bought with VAT suspended, until resale or delivery. On delivery: payment of the VAT, if not already paid, and of the shipping costs. Storage is mandatory if you plan to resell on the marketplace, optional otherwise.

U'Wine buys at the target price, with a resale strategy defined before purchase. 12 to 24 months, nothing to pay on entry.
