Château Péby Faugères is a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru located on South-East of the appellation.  In 2005, Silvio Denz become the owner of the estate. Founder of perfume retailer, wine lover and also owner of Lallique, he is also the owner of 2 wine traders in Switzerland. When he purchased Château Péby Faugères, he decided to promote wine at their best by multiplying efforts in quality and promoting the expression of Péby Faugères great terroirs. The vineyard became a complete part in 2011 (9,45 ha of organic culture) and get a ranking in the famous Saint-Emilion ranking in 2012 as a Grand Cru Classé.  Result of a unique terroir, Péby Faugères is also the expression of the permanent research of perfection in the vineyard so as in the winery helped by the know-how of oenologist Michel Rolland. In addition to its demanding criteria, this Grand Cru Classé is quite rare as each year harvest are made in a rigorous selection. U’Wine has choose this Grand Cru and became official distributor for 2017 vintage.
