Stéphane and Marjorie Gallet created the Roc des Anges estate in 2001 out of a passion for the land. They quickly found the first parcel of land with Carignan on a quartz vein, a hillside with white soil in the middle of black schist. This place was called the Roc Blanc, which influenced the name of the Roc des Anges domain. The estate expanded rapidly with the successive purchase of new plots and grew from ten hectares to forty hectares in 2016. The domain made the choice from its first vintage to turn to a conversion to biodynamic farming in coherence with the values and convictions defended.
