In the heart of the Saumur appellation, Arnaud Lambert produces great Loire wines based on Cabernet Franc and Chenin, all in organic wine. The origins of the estate date back to 1996, when Yves Lambert decided to return to his roots and get closer to his native land: the Terres de Saumur. At the age of 47, Yves' goal was to produce high quality Loire wines. His son joined him in 2005 and began his career as a winemaker. Domaine Arnaud Lambert was born from the merger of two estates: Domaine de Saint Just and Château de Brézé. In 2018, the estate entered biodynamic farming. Today, the 30-hectare vineyard is divided equally between Saint Cyr en Bourg and Brézé and is considered one of the best terroirs in the Saumur appellation.
