The Château Clerc Milon and its 40 hectares of vines overlook the Gironde on the commune of Pauillac. The vineyard is adjacent to two Grands Crus of the Médoc, Château Mouton Rothschild and Château Lafite Rothschild. The estate therefore enjoys an exceptional terroir. This 5th Grand Cru Classé in 1855 has been able to benefit from significant investments since the 1970s, when the baron Philippe de Rothschild bought the estate.  Over the years, the wines of Clerc Milon have increased in quality, especially thanks to the dynamic approach of the Baroness Philippine de Rothschild who, with her team, is improving the vineyard with passion. Among these renovations is the construction of a new fermenting room in 2007. The remarkable terroir and various changes are now bearing fruit and place Clerc Milon as a reference of the Médoc, alongside the greatest.
