Vosne-Romanée, Clos de la Roche, Chambolle-Musigny 1erCru Les Sentiers, Nuits-Saint-Georges 1erCru Les Procès, Gevrey-Chambertin, Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, … the domaine David Duband has more than 20 appellations each one more prestigious than the last. David Duband took the head of the family estate following its father, Pierre Duband, in 1991. He produced firstly dense and concentrated wines, marked by wood notes dominating the fruit. He moved away from that style to go toward more finesse. He then took a real turn from 2008 vintage with a new vinification method. It will bring structure and sophistication to the wines of the estate. From 2006 the estate decided to switch to organic culture. Observing, listening, analyzing are key for David Duband works at the vineyard. Today the 17 hectares of vines are cultivated respecting Ecocert visa.
