Located on the highest point of the famous appellation, Enclos Tourmaline is the smallest jewel of Pomerol. As its name, this estate gathers different beauties from Pomerol terroir and presents many fascinating facets Properties of Kwok family also owners of 4 estates, Enclos Tourmaline contains 3 small Merlot parcels that complete themselves and show great quality. The subsoil contains also the beautiful blue clays that have make the reputation of great wines from Pomerol. The high expectations of the owners are reflecting in the vintage small production, that is only sold in the great years. The 2013 vintage has for example not been produced and only 3000 bottles of 2015 vintage have been produced. A great attention is brought to the vineyard and to the grape work. The vat has an exceptional view on the Pomerol vineyard and has been fully renovated in 2016. Each Enclos Tourmaline bottle is packaged in 1 or 3 bottles Wooden Case, so as U’Wine packaging. Circled by prestigious neighbors like Château Le Pin, Enclos Tourmaline keeps secretly its great terroir and its outstanding qualities.
